President/Coach - Tyrel Davis

Tyrel has an extraordinary passion for youth sports in our community. Starting his coaching journey at a young age, he has dedicated himself to molding the next generation of athletes. Currently serving as president, he balances his leadership responsibilities with hands-on coaching, demonstrating his commitment to fostering a supportive environment for young players. His background as a former player for the Oilers adds a unique perspective to his coaching style, allowing him to share invaluable experiences with his team. For Tyrel, his volunteer work is not just a duty; it’s a heartfelt way to give back and create positive memories for today's youth, just as he cherished during his own childhood. Through his efforts, he inspires young athletes to pursue their dreams while building a strong sense of community and sportsmanship.

Board Member - Sabrina Hunt

Sabrina has dedicated the last five years to the Oiler Youth Cheer program alongside her oldest daughter. Now, with her son ready to join the Mighty Mights football team, she continues to immerse herself in the vibrant community. Her favorite aspect of the Oilers program is being front row and witnessing the young athletes grow and succeed. The sense of family within the Oilers organization is palpable, and Sabrina understands the crucial role that volunteers and parental commitment play in keeping these programs alive. She recognizes that without the support of the community, these initiatives would struggle to thrive. Her involvement not only fosters her children’s athletic development but also strengthens the bonds within this close-knit community.

Board Member/Coach - Chino Bautista

Chino finds immense joy in teaching and coaching the fundamentals of organized football to the youth. He values the opportunity to engage with kids and instill important lessons about teamwork, self-confidence, commitment, and healthy competition. Actively involved with the board, Chino works to ensure that the kids enjoy the best possible football experience. Witnessing the growth and development of the children, both on and off the field, brings him a deep sense of fulfillment. For Chino, being a part of the Oiler program is not just about sports; it's about nurturing potential and shaping future leaders, making every effort worthwhile.

Treasurer - Desiree Davis

Desiree finds immense joy in volunteering with the Oilers football organization, where she witnesses the magic of children forming lifelong friendships. She believes that the coaches play a pivotal role as mentors, guiding these student-athletes beyond the field. This unique opportunity to connect personally with players and their families fosters meaningful relationships that resonate within the community. Vice President/Coach - Tony Mendoza

Growing up in a rural area, Tony often reflected on the lack of opportunities for youth sports, particularly tackle football. Now, as an adult, he has taken it upon himself to ensure that local children have access to such experiences. Being involved with an organization dedicated to facilitating youth sports resonates deeply with him. Tony believes firmly in the adage that "it takes a village to raise a child," and he takes great pride in being an integral part of that village. He understands the positive impact sports can have on young athletes, fostering not just physical skills but also teamwork and resilience. For Tony, supporting the next generation of players is not just a duty but a passion that enriches both their lives and his own.

Board Member - Becca Urbano

Becca has dedicated the last 15 years to Oiler Youth Cheer, becoming a vital part of the community's sports scene. Her involvement has extended to many local programs where she focuses on teaching sportsmanship, developing essential skills, and ensuring a positive experience for young athletes. With a genuine passion for youth sports, Becca leverages her knowledge to create a supportive environment for these aspiring athletes. As a proud mother of two sons currently participating in Oiler football and a third son poised to join soon, she is committed to providing them and their peers with the necessary support for a successful season. What she cherishes most about the program is the unwavering passion and dedication exhibited by each coach, which inspires the young athletes to reach their full potential. Becca’s tireless efforts and enthusiasm make a significant impact on the lives of the youth in her community.

Board Member/Coach - Joseph Hurtado

Joe has dedicated the last five seasons to coaching, working with athletes of all ages. His passion for Oiler football stems from the opportunity it provides to mentor the youth in our community. Joe believes the sport imparts vital life lessons such as discipline, accountability, and responsibility. Reflecting on his own experiences as a young Oiler player, he strives to give back to the next generation in the same way his coaches did for him. As a firm yet fair coach, he values the importance of maintaining a balance between discipline and support. Joe sees the Oilers as more than just a team; to him, it's a family. He finds immense joy in watching young athletes develop both on and off the field, emphasizing that academics should always come first for student-athletes. Secretary - Felisha Mendoza
